What is it the HOCATT?
The HOCATT is a steam bed that offers ozone therapy and eight other modalities simultaneously.
HOCATT stands for Hyperthermic Ozone Carbonic Acid Transdermal Technology.
During each session, you will sit inside the HOCATT with the doors closed around you, covering your body from the neck down. Your face and head remain entirely outside of the HOCATT. You will have an attendant with you at all times to help you in and out of the bed, conduct your session, answer any questions, and monitor you throughout.

How often can I receive a HOCATT service?
HOCATT sessions are available by appointment only (book via phone, online or in person).
Plan on 90 minutes for your first appointment to allow for your initial consultation and introduction to the machine. Subsequent appointments will be 60 minutes to allow for a quick consult, 30 minutes in the HOCATT, and time to change into and out of the spa wrap.
Recommended frequency varies, but many HOCATT users start with weekly sessions for the first 4-6 weeks, followed by monthly or quarterly maintenance appointments.

PEMF Benefits
The HUGO system uses copper coil-rimmed mats and wires to deliver a high-frequency Pulsating Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) safely through your body.
During a session, you'll lie comfortably on a massage table positioned between two copper coil mats. Only your shoes and pocket items need to be removed, and an attendant will be with you at all times.
What is PEMF?
HUGO’s high-frequency PEMF targets areas of pain or stiffness by energizing concentrated cells, breaking them up to reduce pain and inflammation. Its high-intensity field penetrates deeply to provide effective relief.
Why use it & how does PEMF work?
HUGO sessions are by appointment only and can be booked via phone, online, or in person. Plan 30 minutes for your first session, which includes a consultation and introduction to the HUGO PEMF system. Follow-up sessions are approximately 20 minutes.
Use monthly for maintenance or up to 2-3 times per week to address specific pain or stiffness.

Foot Zoning
What is Foot Zoning?
Foot Zoning is a targeted therapy that activates nerve signals on the feet with direct pressure and manipulation.
During each 60-minute session, you will relax in a comfortable chair with your socks and shoes removed. A certified Foot Zone practitioner will work on your legs, just above the ankles, and each surface of your foot. The pressure is deeper and more specific than may be expected from a typical foot massage. The practitioner will administer techniques using thumbs, fingers, palms and knuckles. Massage lotion and essential oils may also be incorporated.
Why do Foot Zoning?
Foot Zoning is designed to open energy pathways that correspond to different organs and parts of the body. Improving communication within the body and its systems promotes physical, mental and emotional well-being. Foot zoning also releases toxins and helps the body to find balance and heal naturally.
How often can I do Foot Zoning?
60-minute Foot Zone sessions are available by appointment only (book via phone, online or in person).
The recommended frequency of visits varies anywhere from weekly to monthly. Talk with your Foot Zone practitioner about a personalized plan that is right for you.

Wellness Packages
Cancellation Policy
We understand that emergencies and unanticipated events happen. In an effort to be sensitive to our guests and service providers, we kindly request 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. As a courtesy, you will receive a reminder 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
It is our policy to request a credit card number at the time of booking. If a cancellation is not given 24 hours in advance, there will be a charge of 50% of the service cost. If you do not give notice and no-show your appointment, the full price of the service will be charged.
