Spa Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable. To respect both our guests' time and our service providers, we kindly ask for a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. For your convenience, a reminder will be sent 24 hours before your scheduled time.
To secure your booking, we require a credit card on file. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. For no-shows without notice, the full price of the service will be charged.
Age Policy
Age 15: Must have a parent in the room.
Ages 16-17: Will be assigned same-sex therapists.
Age 18 and above: May choose therapist preference.
Foot Zoning
Foot Zoning is a focused therapy that stimulates nerve signals in your feet through direct pressure and manipulation. You'll sit comfortably with your shoes and socks off while a certified Foot Zone practitioner works on your legs just above the ankles and each part of your foot. The pressure is deeper and more precise than a regular foot massage, using techniques with thumbs, fingers, palms, and knuckles. Massage lotion and essential oils may be used during the session.
