Our fitness classes are designed to help you achieve your best self.
A dynamic sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a heated room.
26&2 Hot Yoga
Flow through a series of breath-connected movements designed to build strength, flexibility, and mental clarity.
Vinyasa Yoga
A high-intensity, full-body workout in a heated room that combines Pilates principles with strength and endurance training.
Hot Pilates
A low-impact workout combining ballet-inspired movements, strength training, and flexibility to sculpt and tone the body.
Barre
An energizing workout using drumsticks to perform rhythmic cardio exercises that tone and sculpt while having fun.
Pound
An invigorating cycling class designed to boost endurance and burn calories with high-energy music and interval training.

Late Cancel & No Show Policy
Please note our Late Cancel & No Show Policy—these apply to all fitness classes:

You must CANCEL your class at least 6 hours before your class starts to avoid a fee.

Classes canceled within 6 hours will be charged a LATE CANCEL fee of $15.

A missed class will be charged a NO SHOW fee of $20, this includes late cancellations within one hour.
