Spinning Class
Brick Canvas Spinning classes offer dynamic cardio, endurance, and strength training. Participants of all levels can join, setting their own pace and intensity. Book on our App under the schedule tab.
Vinyasa Yoga
This non-heated Vinyasa Yoga class is a flowing, dynamic sequence of poses that involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of postures. Breathwork Workshop $12
Join Jeff Jones & Idania Hansgen for an evening of turning inward with breath and sound in their Breath, Body & Bowls Workshop.
You will be led through various breath practices and meditation during sound therapy to induce a deeply moving and relaxing experience.

Aerial Silks
Aerial Yoga: Learn the foundations of strength and balance using the hammock in our Foundations class, progress to our Intermediate class for more advanced postures, and restore with gentle stretches and deep relaxation. Perfect for all levels!
26/2 Hot Yoga
26 & 2 Hot Yoga, or Bikram Yoga, is the original hot yoga class featuring 26 therapeutic postures and 2 breathing exercises in a specific sequence. It's a beginner class, safe for all ages and fitness levels, practiced in a heated studio. Book on our App under the schedule tab.
Gentle Yoga
Gentle Yoga offers adaptive poses for everyone, regardless of age, ability, or experience. Using props like chairs, it enhances flexibility, range of motion, breath, and body awareness, benefiting both physical and mental well-being.
Morning Mindfulness

Nurture your nervous system by activating the vagus nerve to affect the rest and digest response within the body. During this class you learn simple techniques and practices to calm the mind-body system, resulting in relief, rejuvenation and a more mindful approach to everyday living. Bungee Fitness is a low-impact, buoyant workout for ages 15+ (up to 270 lbs). It strengthens your body, improves coordination, and is fun for all. Wear snug clothes, tennis shoes, and arrive 5 minutes early. Book on our App under the schedule tab.
BC SHRED offers athletic interval training focusing on strength, speed, and endurance. Suitable for all fitness levels, classes can be modified. Bring water and running shoes. Equipment includes treadmills, ski ergs, weights, and rowers. Book on our App under the schedule tab.
